2. ก่อนนำเศษโลหะเข้าสู่คลังสินค้า เจ้าหน้าที่จะสุ่มตรวจคุณภาพด้วยเครื่องทดสอบคุณภาพเศษโลหะ

In order to move scrap into warehouse,  we analyze the scrap quality  by sampling and testing with a machine, Spectro Maxx

3. เศษโลหะที่ผ่านการทดสอบ จะถูกเก็บเข้าคลังสินค้า โดยแยกตามคุณภาพและชนิดของเศษโลหะเพื่อรอการผลิต ประกอบด้วย

Keep scrap into warehouse, Aged by the quality and type of scrap metal and waiting for an either process.

• การอัด (Bundling) เราอัดเศษโลหะให้เป็นก้อนสี่เหลี่ยมขนาด 30 เซนติเมตร ด้วยกำลังการผลิตกว่า 13 ตันต่อวัน

Bundle : We compress scrap into 30 cm. of cubic by hydraulic baling press machine. Our capacity is over 13 tons per day.

• ตัดกรรไกร (shearing) เศษโลหะชิ้นยาว จะถูกตัดให้มีขนาดประมาณ 30 เซนติเมตร ด้วยกรรไกรไฟฟ้า

Shearing : Long pieces are cut to 30 cm. length by shearing machine.

• ตัดด้วยแก๊ซออกซิเจน (oxy-fuel cutting) เศษโลหะที่มีความหนา  จะถูกตัดทอนให้สั้นโดยการใช้แก๊สออกซิเจน

4. นำเศษโลหะที่ผ่านกระบวนการผลิตแล้วใส่รถบรรทุก

Put all processed scrap into the truck for delivery.

5. คลุมผ้าใบก่อนออกรถเพื่อความปลอดภัย

Before departure, all trucks are covered with tarpaulin vehicles for safety.

6. ตรวจสอบ/ควบคุมการส่งสินค้าด้วยระบบ GPS ตลอดระยะทาง

The truck is tracked along the route by GPS including direction, engine idle and speed.
